By accessing the Seed application (hereinafter "the Application"), you agree without reservation to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

The Application is a free-to-play social simulation and prediction game. It does not constitute in any way:
Predictions made on the Application involve no real financial risk and generate no winnings in legal tender. The Application is purely an entertainment and opinion-gathering tool.
"Seeds" constitute exclusively a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-assignable, and revocable license right to use a virtual feature within the Application.
Seeds:
The Publisher reserves the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, remove, rebalance, or eliminate Seeds at its sole discretion, without any liability to you, and without obligation of compensation. The creation of a black market, resale, or exchange of Seeds outside the Application is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
All purchases of Seeds packs are processed by our Official Reseller (Merchant of Record), Lemon Squeezy, LLC. By making a purchase, you enter into a sales contract directly with Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the authorized reseller.
Lemon Squeezy is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable VAT/sales tax in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
As Seeds are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and whose execution begins immediately after purchase with your prior express consent, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Users may create and join Guilds, organize and participate in free Tournaments, and publish content (text, images, guild names, prediction market questions).
Organizer responsibility: Guild Presidents and Tournament organizers are solely responsible for the proper conduct of their events. The Publisher disclaims all liability for disputes between players, distribution of virtual rewards managed by third parties, or internal Guild conflicts.
UGC License: By publishing content on the Application, you grant the Publisher a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Application, without limitation of duration.
Prohibited content: Any unlawful, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexual, violent, fraudulent content, or content infringing third-party rights will be removed without notice and may result in account suspension.
All contests or tournaments are void where prohibited by law.

The Publisher reserves the right to implement anti-fraud detection systems and take all necessary measures in case of violation.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete your account and your entire Seeds balance, at any time, without prior notice or justification, and without obligation of compensation, including in cases of:
You may also delete your account at any time from the Application settings. Account deletion results in the irreversible loss of all associated data, including Seeds, game history, and Guild and Tournament participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
The Publisher provides the Application "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In any event, the total cumulative liability of the Publisher to you, for any claim related to the use of the Application, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the lower of:
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall not exclude the Publisher's liability in cases of willful misconduct, fraud, or personal injury.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Publisher's registered office, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions apply.
The Publisher shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to: third-party server failures (Vercel, Convex), AI API failures, telecommunications network interruptions, natural disasters, government acts, or any other event beyond the Publisher's reasonable control.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by notification within the Application. Continued use of the Application after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you are free to delete your account.
